Welcome! You have found the website for CrossFit Roseville in Placer County, CA.This is a warehouse gym where success is measured by results and performance. There are no mirrors. The music is loud, the workouts are intense and very hard. We do not use machines, we make them.

Do not be intimidated by the hard workouts posted daily. All of the workouts are routinely scaled to each individual athlete’s need. CrossFit Roseville is for all people at all fitness levels. Our gym is made up of people from all walks of life: executives, moms, soldiers, business owners, students, police, fire fighters, senior citizens, youth, hair dressers, teachers, doctors, nutritionists, coaches, etc. We share the philosophy that we are all athletes and the sport is life. Thus, we are training to not suck at life.

The most important part about how we train is safely to prevent injury. Step one – Learn proper form and exercise mechanics. Step two – consistently perform the movements correctly within established parameters. Step three – tap into training intensity. There is not a better place for a beginner and someone who hasn’t worked out before than CrossFit Roseville because you will be taught how to train correctly and safely with a long-term approach to fitness. You will be challenged, but you will learn how to train correctly with confidence and you will enjoy the results.

Fitness isn’t cheap and it isn’t easy. You will earn every fiber of muscle you build by doing HARD WORK. You will take inches off of your waist and thighs through consistent HARD WORK and controlling what you eat.

All fitness levels are welcome, you will not be asked to do more than you are mentally and physically prepared to do. You will be coached, instructed, and shown how to use proper form – always! All workouts can be scaled to your ability level and substitutions are always available when injury and rehabilitation require it. The only reason you could possibly have not to start is fear. Fear of hard work, fear of change, fear of facing the fact that you have let yourself go, or fear that the many hours you logged at the globo gym (24 Hr Fitness, Golds, Fitness 19, Crunch, etc.) watching TV on elliptical trainers and working body part splits like chest and tri’s on Monday wasn’t the best use of your time. It’s time to put the fear behind you and take a step in a new direction.

CrossFit will develop a general, broad, encompassing fitness that will make you leaner, stronger, more injury resistant, and healthier then you have ever been. But there are no short cuts. All that is required is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a willingness to support the other members. The atmosphere is empowering, positive, and welcoming. We develop personal victory and accomplishment.

If you are a critical, negative, sarcastic, whiney, complainer then you will need to leave that attitude at the door. In addition, you need to check the ego at the door. There is a zero tolerance policy for criticism of fellow members. Making fun of another member will result in your membership being immediately revoked and fees forfeited. However, if you are motivated by (or want to be motivated by) personal growth, personal excellence, personal achievement, and if you are serious about pursuing your health and fitness with vigor and passion, than you will likely fit right in and be amazed at the results.

If you are looking for an easy program, something you can ‘fit-in’ to your busy schedule when it works, something that wont make you too sore, something that will allow you to not feel so guilty (“I go when I can”) then CrossFit Roseville is not for you. CrossFit Roseville is for people who are serious about seeing results. There are plenty of gyms out there with cleverly marketed ‘fitness’ programs run by poorly educated trainers that will hold your hand, pick up your weights for you, hand you a towel or your water bottle, and “talk about your day” while you do three sets of eight and finish with some swiss ball crunches. At CrossFit Roseville you need to bring your own water bottle, and you will not have any spare oxygen for ‘talk time’. We are here to coach you and show you the most efficient way to get the fitness you want. You are here to do work, your coaches are here to make sure it is safe, efficient, and CrossFit!!
