Group Workout Schedule:

Monday: 5:15, 6, 7, 8, and 9 am & 4, 5, 6, 7 pm
Tuesday: 6, 7, 8, and 9 am & 4, 5, 6 pm
Wednesday: 5:15, 6, 7, 8, and 9 am & 4, 5, 6, 7 pm
Thursday: 6, 7, 8, and 9 am & 4, 5, 6 pm
Friday: 6, 7, 8, and 9 am & 4, 5, 6 pm
Saturday: 8 & 9 am
Sunday: Closed

Tuesday and Thursday Only: 6-7 pm Elements Class
The elements class is for those new to CrossFit who want more time learning movements and testing workouts.

Saturday: 8 am (members) and 9 am (members and guests)
Saturday at 9 am is a free class for anyone in the community wanting to try CrossFit.

Doors typically open about 15 minutes prior to class start time.

Group Workouts
Group classes include a warm-up, specific movement instruction or strength/skill work, and a workout of the day. Variety, Intensity, and Functionality are the keys to ever-increasing levels of fitness. There will always be scaled versions of the workouts so all fitness levels can get a great workout.

Private Training
Private Training for all levels is available by appointment.
